  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-business-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM EST.

Tip: Choose expedited or overnight shipping at checkout if you need your order quickly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and order processing time.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Important: Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. During checkout, you’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase. Below is a general overview of shipping charges:

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Note: For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, delivery times may be slightly longer due to geographic location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds for Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we are at fault, such as shipping delays caused by Zela Mall or incorrect items sent. Refunds for qualifying cases will be processed within 5-7 business days.
